We invite you to join us for a thought provoking workshop aimed at reviewing the landscape for the charity and not for profit sector in what has undoubtedly been a difficult year for many charities and not for profit organisations.

We are delighted that Fiona Kerr, who has worked in the not for profit sector for over 23 years, including eight years as Chief Executive of two charities will be joining us to give us her views on collaborative working and considering mergers, followed by a round table discussion with delegates.

In addition a charity expert from RBS/Natwest Commercial will be giving their view on the investment landscape. The remainder of the workshop will cover the following:

• Tax and VAT changes
• Audit and Accounting issues
• Pensions changes in 2012

The workshop will be hosted by our charity specialists at WMT who have been working within this sector for a number of years.
